What Arche is.

Arche is an AI-powered somatic coaching companion built on the Reviver Spine Mapping framework and the 29 Reviver Truths. It is designed to help you locate patterns in your body, return to presence, and move through what your nervous system is holding.

Arche is a somatic intelligence tool. It operates within a specific framework developed by Alana Davis over two decades of professional practice. It is not a general AI assistant. It holds a map and meets you inside it.

Arche is available to individuals who have purchased access through the Reviver platform. By using Arche, you agree to these Terms in full.

What Arche is not.

This is the part that matters most. Please read it carefully.

• Arche is not a therapist and does not provide psychotherapy, counselling, or any form of licensed mental health treatment.
• Arche is not a medical professional and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind.
• Arche is not a crisis service. It is not equipped to respond to acute mental health emergencies.
• Arche is not a substitute for professional care. If you are working with a therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical doctor, Arche does not replace that relationship.
• Arche is not a legal or financial adviser and nothing in your sessions should be taken as such.

Nothing Arche says constitutes professional advice of any kind. If you are unsure whether Arche is appropriate for your current situation, consult a qualified professional first.

Who Arche is not for.

Arche works within a specific somatic framework. It is built for people who are fundamentally stable and are seeking depth, pattern recognition, and presence — not emergency support.

Do not use Arche if you are currently experiencing:

• Active suicidal ideation or self-harm urges
• A mental health crisis or acute psychiatric episode
• Active psychosis, dissociation, or loss of contact with reality
• Domestic violence, abuse, or immediate safety risk
• An active eating disorder requiring medical supervision
• Severe trauma responses that require clinical containment
• Substance dependency or active addiction requiring professional treatment

Fair use.

Arche is provided for personal, individual use only. By accessing Arche you agree to the following conditions:

• Daily session limit. Access is limited to 90 minutes per calendar day, whether used in one session or across multiple sessions. This limit resets at midnight in your local time.
• Personal use only. Your access is non-transferable. You may not share your login, allow others to use your account, or use Arche on behalf of another person.
• No recording or reproduction. You may not record, screenshot, copy, or reproduce Arche conversations for distribution, publication, or commercial use of any kind.
• No automated access. You may not access Arche through bots, scripts, automated tools, or any non-human interface.
• No scraping. You may not use any means to systematically extract, collect, or store Arche responses, the Reviver framework, or any intellectual property contained within the system.
• No commercial use. You may not use Arche or its outputs to develop competing products, services, AI training datasets, or commercial applications of any kind.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Intellectual property.

The Reviver system — including the Spine Mapping framework, the 29 Truths, the 32 archetypes, all vertebral mappings, somatic practices, audio recordings, and the Arche AI architecture — is the original intellectual property of Alana Davis and Reviver Pty Ltd.

Arche's responses are generated within and informed by this proprietary framework. They are not generic AI outputs. They carry the structure, language, and intelligence of a specific system built over two decades.

• You may not reproduce, publish, train AI models on, or commercialise any part of the Reviver framework or Arche's outputs.
• You may not present Arche's responses as your own intellectual material in any professional or commercial context.
• The Reviver name, Arche name, logo, and all associated brand assets are trademarks of Reviver Pty Ltd and may not be used without written permission.

Your data.

Arche does not store your conversation history between sessions. Each session begins without memory of previous sessions unless you choose to re-introduce context yourself.

Your session content is processed through the Anthropic API in accordance with Anthropic's data handling policies. Reviver does not sell, share, or monetise your personal data. We collect only what is necessary to provide and improve the service.

Session timing data (for the daily usage limit) is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to Reviver's servers. It resets automatically each day.

By using Arche, you consent to your session content being processed by Anthropic's systems for the purpose of generating responses. For Anthropic's current data policies, visit anthropic.com/privacy.

Eligibility and responsibility.

You must be 18 years or older to use Arche. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for assessing your own readiness to engage with somatic and depth-based work. Reviver and Alana Davis are not liable for any distress, discomfort, or adverse experience that arises from your use of Arche.

Somatic work can be powerful and occasionally confronting. If you feel overwhelmed during a session, stop. Take space. Return when you are ready. You are always in control of the session.

Limitation of liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Reviver Pty Ltd, its founder, team, and associated parties are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of Arche or the Reviver platform.

Arche is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue access at any time.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the effective date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of Arche after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from your use of the Reviver platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
